What information we receive
When you visit BuddyBazaar you provide us with two types of personal data: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us in order to show your identity to fellow members and Website use information collected by us automatically as you interact with our Website.
Personal information
When you register at BuddyBazaar, you provide us with personal information, such as your name, your email address and the city you live in. The minimum information we need from you to create a profile so that other potential buyers and friends no with who are they dealing. We do not share any of this collected personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes, nor do we send registered users of the website unsolicited messages. We do reserve the right to send notification and service emails, which are considered a part of your account and you generally, cannot opt-out of. We publish your name, gender and location within your bazaar and this is the only personal information about your account that is publicly displayed within your bazaar.
Public or private. Explain they can make their account visible for people outside the BB platform or only for the ones they accepts as their buddies.
Website use information
When you visit BuddyBazaar, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all BuddyBazaar visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you come back to BuddyBazaar. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser if you want to disable this convenience feature.
We may also employ the use of pixel tags from time to time. A pixel tag is a one by one image embedded within a web page for the purpose of tracking individual page views and is not tied to personal information.

When you register at BuddyBazaar, you create a bazaar, connect with people, send private messages, perform searches and queries, invite friends, and transmit information through various channels. We collect and use this information so that we can better provide our service and offer personalized features. We store this info to make the site easier to use.

The information that is public
As a bazaar owner, BuddyBazaar provides the opportunity to share your store across different social platforms on the Web to increase your reach and potential for a sale using the BuddyBazaar widgets we host on the site. As a result, the information provided within an bazaar is publicly available information that can be viewed by any user of BuddyBazaar, the Web (when the bazaar is selected public) and any third party platforms in which users elect to display their bazaar widget. Therefore we ask users to be discrete with their personal information they share on the web as this publicly available information may be used to send you unsolicited messages over which BuddyBazaar has no authority, control or responsibility.
If you choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. We will send your friend an email, inviting him or her to visit the site. This email address will be kept in your address book on BuddyBazaar and at the same time in our database. However, we will not use this address for any occasion, only registered members. The person can respond to the invitation by emailing us when he or she does not want to be in our database.
Who is not allowed to use BuddyBazaar?
BuddyBazaar is open to all visitors. However we encourage parents of children under 18 using BuddyBazaar to pay attention to any activity and bid placed on BuddyBazaar. BuddyBazaar is not responsible for any transaction done by children under the age of 18.
If you are under 13 years, use BuddyBazaar wisely and only for trading stuff with your classmates. But remember to always ask permission before placing a product. By any doubt of any transaction of children under the age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will reserve the right to delete the bazaar as quickly as possible.
What we share with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as set out in this policy. Without your permission we will not sell, rent or license your personal data to third parties for the purposes of marketing. We can however transmit your personal data to certain third parties (such as right holders, supervisory authorities, tax authority, police and other government investigatory services) to fulfill legal duties or a judgement of a Court or if this is necessary for the purpose of preventing, tracking or prosecuting criminal behaviour (such as fraud) or is necessary for enforcing our policy or necessary in the interest of the protection of rights and freedoms of others or to facilitate a communication between rights holders and users.

In case of transmission of your personal data to group companies outside the European Union, like in the United States, local legislation may not provide the same protection in the field of protection of personal data as in the European Union. We will however take appropriate measures to save guard that your personal data is protected as good as possible.
If BuddyBazaar or any other group company of the group of companies to which BuddyBazaar belongs and that processes your personal data is part of a merger or acquisition, we can share your personal data with another company. Third Party Advertising
Advertisements that appear on BuddyBazaar are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens.
